Where can I find my order number?Updated a year ago
- Our Order Numbers start with an #SS ______ prefix (St Soleil) eg. #SS12345
- Via Order Confirmation Email
Your order number can be found on your original order confirmation email sent to you by us after you placed your order. You can search your emails, including your junk folder. - Via your Customer Account: If you have a Customer Account, you can simply login via the top right hand account icon on our website, and view your orders to find your relevant order number. Or click here to go to your Account.
- Via Help Desk Here: No password or account is required, you can simply 'login' to view your orders with the email address you used to create your order, and you will be sent a single sign on code to that email. Once you enter, you'll be able to view all your orders. View this login here.
