When will my PREORDER item ship?Updated 3 months ago

All orders containing a pre-ordered item will ship when all items in your order are officially re-stocked and available to be shipped. These dates are dynamic depending on the product and release date.

The ETA's can be found on:

1. If the product is still on pre-order, you can view the product page and view the date near the 'PRE ORDER' button to reveal more information
2. Keep an eye on your emails, we'll send key milestone updates, such as completed production, stock arriving at the port, or preparing to wrap and box order (ensure we're not in your junk mail!)
