What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?Updated a year ago

Recently we made the decision to add complimentary shipping insurance to all of our orders, at no extra cost to you (we want to protect our valued offerings and ensure they arrive to you safely). 

If you believe your order has been lost stolen or damaged, please contact our team immediately at [email protected]. Please ensure you include as much information as possible, such as your order number, details of your issue and photos where appropriate.

We will then help you by contacting the carrier on your behalf to make a claim & solve pithing 3-5 business days, International's orders can take up to 10-20 days for the carriers to get back to us with a resolution or outcome.
