What carriers do you use?Updated a year ago

We ship using a range of carriers for our orders including USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx and APC. Some alternative services are used if required to reach a certain destination or if our standard carriers are unavailable for any reason.

Our warehouse's AI shipping software calculates and selects the best carrier for the destination, timeframe and shipping service (express/standard) customised to each order (live at the checkout).

Can I Request a Specific Carrier?

We can allocate a specific carrier for US Orders, if you have a specific carrier you'd prefer us to ship your order, you can reach out to our team ASAP to make the request. [email protected].

Unfortunately, we cannot choose individual carriers for our International Orders as they are handled by a 3rd party integration that enables the Prepaid Duties and Taxes feature.
