My order tracking hasn't updated, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

Please be patient, sometimes your designated carrier gets a little backed up, especially around peak Holiday periods and the Covid Pandemic. You may also see delays at customs. Give it a few days to update and for the information to catch up.

If you added Route Shipment Protection you can file a claim to resolve an issue HERE if you haven't seen any updates within the allocated period of time.

If you didn't add insurance to your order, you can contact your shipping carrier directly 24/7 to gain further updates using your tracking # and link in your original shipping confirmation email from us. We only have access to as much information as you do with shipping carriers after your package is picked up.
