My order is lost, what can I do?Updated 2 years ago

We ship to a global community, and every shipping carrier handles this differently. We strongly suggest contacting the shipping carrier associated with your tracking link to follow this up (this is all we are able to see too). 

Once your shipment is picked up, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and receiver (you), which is why we strongly recommend shipping insurance as logistics channels can at times be unreliable or unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.

  • If you added Route Shipment Protection you can file a claim to resolve an issue here if you haven't seen any updates in a few weeks or so.

  • If you didn't add insurance to your order, you can contact your shipping carrier directly to gain further updates using your tracking # and link in your original shipping confirmation email from us.
