I think my order is missing an item, what do I do?Updated a year ago

If you believe your order is missing an item you can check the below for the most common reasons below:

  1. Check your original order confirmation email to confirm it was actually purchased.
  2. You can also check your shipping confirmation email as it might state your items are coming in multiple shipments. (This can sometimes happen when one of our hubs is out of stock, and your order is being shipped from seperate locations.)
  3. If you've placed more than one order, your items will come via their seperate orders (not all together).
  4. You can also check your packing slip inside your shipment, this will let you know what item(s) should be inside.


I think an Item is Still Missing

If you've checked the above, you can then please reach out to our team as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number, missing item and a photo of your shipment. We will then cross reference our studio packing slip and recorded warehouse shipment weight.

If it is indeed missing, we will ship your missing item to you as soon as possible!
