How do I know if I added Route Protection to my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you can't remember if you purchased insurance you can troubleshoot this in a few ways:

  1. Login to your VIP Account:
    Once you login to your account, you can view your orders. Simply click on the order your unsure of, and see if Route Package Protection is listed on the order page.

  2. Via our Online Portal:
    View, track and manage all your orders via our handy online portal here

  3. Order Confirmation Email:
    View your original order confirmation from us to see if Route Package Protection was added. Simply look for it at the bottom of your purchased products list

  4. Shipping Confirmation Email:
    View your Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details. If you purchased Route Package Protection you will be shown an exclusive live tracking dashboard in this email. If you didn't purchase protection, you will only see a tracking ID and carrier link.

  5. Attempt to File A Claim with Route Protection:
    You can also start the process to file a claim, here
    If your order contains Route Package Protection your claim will proceed past the login stage .
