When your cards first arrive to you they haven't yet been able to breathe independently, they've been printed and stacked together. If you purchased a deck with a guidebook, your guidebook will advise you to energetically get to know your card by looking at them one by one. This not only will assist you with getting to know your new deck, but will also help seperate and let each card have a chance to breathe.
